The 39th Biennial Conference of the German Society of International Law (DGIR) took place from March 12 to 14, 2025, at Bucerius Law School and the University of Hamburg. Paulina Starski, Bettina Rentsch, Nele Matz-Lück, Wolfgang Wurmnest, Michael Waibel, Carolina Rapatz, Markus Krajewski, and Lukas Rademacher presented under the conference theme "Public Interests in a Changing World". In addition, a panel discussion moderated by Jutta Brunée featured Christoph Heusgen and Stefan Aykut.
